Unformed

Post-purchase feedback conversations for your Shopify store.

Install Unformed from the Shopify App Store to add it to your store.

• Ask after fulfilment. Customers get an invitation once their order is on its way, at a moment you choose per product.
• A conversation, not a form. Unformed asks follow-up questions, so you learn why and not only how much.
• Thank them with a discount. Hand out a real Shopify discount code when someone finishes.
